Advice on Higher Education and careers is available from our staff. In addition, we organise visits to Higher Education Fairs at a local university, and encourage students to attend university open days for those establishments they are interested in.
We offer talks by representatives of various occupations and invite former students to share their experiences of Higher Education and employment.
Prospectuses, videos, guide books and the internet are available and a great deal of help is given with UCAS applications and preparing for interviews. All students are encouraged to take part in a week-long work experience at the end of Year 12.
